To give you an incentive we have developed a substantial Buyer Cash Earnback Program to reward you with up to half of our commission (or up to 1 ½ % of the purchase price of your new home) for your efforts.  This cutting-edge program gives you the opportunity to put money in your pocket doing something you would have done anyway, and at no additional cost to you.  You see, whenever you buy property listed in MLS by a real estate agent, the seller has already committed to pay a buyer’s agent commission.  If there is no buyer’s agent, the listing agent merely keeps the buyer’s agent portion.*  Either way, the seller pays (and passes it along to you in the purchase price.)  But when you use US as your buyer’s agent, Crawford Realty earns that commission, and if you’ve done the legwork to find that house, we believe you should get paid for the work you’ve done…you’ve earned it.  We negotiate how much of our commission you can earn, depending on how much of the research and legwork you do; up to half of the total commission paid to Crawford Realty when the sale closes, but NEVER less than $500.00.
