- You can continue to advertise on any FSBO sites where you are currently marketing your home, and to do any other kind of marketing you want to do.
- YOU decide what commission rate to offer a Buyer’s agent bringing your Buyer through MLS. (We usually recommend 2 ½ - 3%, depending on your selling price.) BUT, if your Buyer doesn’t have an agent, we don’t take that commission from you like other Birmingham Real Estate Agents do.

So there is never a buyer’s agent commission added into the Seller’s price, as long as you don’t have an agent. And we work for our clients at such a ridiculously low rate that they can afford to sell for less than other listed properties and still craft a deal that’s fair for you and for them. (We work in volume…that’s how we can afford to do it.)
