Open Houses
Open houses are typically conducted on Saturdays and/or Sundays. The idea is to let buyers preview your home in a no-pressure, non-scheduled manner. Open houses are currently only responsible for 2-3% of all home sales, however, just like "location, location, location" is important, so is "exposure, exposure, exposure."
So, the more people that see your home, the more you increase the odds of finding a buyer.
While Crawford Realty will not usually hold the open house, we will provide guidance on how you can hold your own. In addition, we will be advertising the open house date and hours in MLS®, Realtor®.com, and the 3 For Sale By Owner websites where your listing is posted.
